create_basis(gwas.DT, shrink.DT, apply.shrinkage = TRUE)

Arguments

gwas.DT	data.table object for basis traits as returned by `get_gwas_data`
shrink.DT	data.table object of matching shrinkage estimates returned by `compute_shrinkage_metrics`
apply.shrinkage	boolean on whether to apply shrinkage or not [Default TRUE]
